For Valentines, Armstrong's All-Stars laced up their skates and tried out the ice at the Peaks Ice Rink. Mrs. Armstrong enjoyed watching her prodigies take to the ice like a duck to the water.
Instead of having a class party for Valentines Day we went Ice Skating at the Peaks Arena! It was a blast!!!! It was very hard at first but once you have gone around a couple times you get the hang of it. Like I said before it was a blast! I hope you get the chance to go Ice skating if you haven't been already. WEll Hope to see you on the rink soon! Maddy
On ice you will fall a couple of times but you will get the hang of it. After a while your ankles will start to hurt but don't worry that's normal! Hey it even happend to me! So when you get on the ice it will hurt but hey just keep having fun! And don't be a quitter! Maddy
hey!!!!!!!!! These pictures are hillarious! We all look funny except that one picture of Emily D, Emma, Maddy, and Andrea that picture was really nice that is probably the only picture that I look nice. All the other pictures i look sick or I'm not paying attention. The sixth grade should go again. We all helped each other and had lots of fun and nobody got really hurt. I think that everyone had so much fun that friday even though it was friday the 13th. I guess the cost was pretty cheep compared to our other field trips. The ropes course was $13 and the icerink was $2.75!!!!! In the ropes course not everyone got to do all the activities. In the icerink everyone got to go to all the games and got to learn how to do something new. Well that is all I am going to type. Unless you want me to write more.
